Girls KnowSpotify | Instagram "Hailing from the pacific northwest (Bellingham, Washington), Girls Knows' music is penetrated deeply by the moody rain that is all too common to the area. Feelings of nostalgia and bittersweet memories are a recurring theme throughout the music. Inspired equally by 2000s Revival Rock, Emo, and Shoegaze, the genres are tied together with catchy pop choruses and soaring guitar leads and solos." - Girls Know (Rolling Stone, MTV, Top of The Pops, theneedledrop, Local Magazine)MarbleInstagram | Youtube | SpotifyMARBLE's sound recalls the sludgy, post-rock tones of the early 2000s with the ambient detailing of modern shoegaze. The result is a sound that is entirely theirs. On the heels of their 2022 debut LP, “The Shadow in Me”, mixed by Brandon Eggleston (Modest Mouse, The Mountain Goats, Wye Oak) and mastered by Ed Brooks (Death Cab for Cutie, Pearl Jam, Minus The Bear) MARBLE delivers a raw and captivating stage performance that is rooted in the belief that our shadows connect us.With haunting vocals that persist, ambient guitar lines that live and die intentionally, and a dynamic, 6-piece band, MARBLE will leave you feeling deeply introspective.“Emma Ruth Rundle and Chelsea Wolfe are the pinnacle of the Goth-rock scene in our opinion. Whether it is through a metal starkness or a calm but sinister broodiness, they consistently devour us with brilliant artistry and sensational songwriting. Now an under-the-radar band from Seattle is set to join them. Their name is MARBLE, who likewise dive to the depths of their souls to deliver songs that make our skins crawl. Do not, however, hide under the covers. Instead, open your arms and embrace Chantel Bailey and Matthew Blount’s startling work.” — Ben Yung, The RevueMARBLE are from Seattle & PortlandMagenta WaveInstagram | WebsiteMagenta Wave is a four-piece rock 'n roll band that leapt into the Bellingham music scene in March of 2022. The group began their musical endeavors by building their own Bellingham house show venue.Magenta Wave quickly made their way into local venues such as the Wild Buffalo, and the Shakedown. Their most notable performance was in September of 2022, when they brought over 300 people to The Blue Room. The band is notorious for tumultuous and emotional guitar solos, contrasted by gentle melodies. Their sound blends a combination of genres; such as alternative, psychedelic, and indie rock. All four members plan to move to Seattle in the fall, where they are excited to share their sound with a broader audience.
