The Hickoids are a long-running cowpunk band that trace their roots to mid-1980's Austin. The band was inducted to the Austin Music Hall of Fame in 2014 and since reforming in 2006 has toured extensively around the U.S. and Europe.Smedley’s RacketAssociated with Austin, TX & a bunch of bands, like: MINISTRY, TEST APES, INSECT SEX ACT, AREOLA 51, EURIPIDES PANTS, PINK ANVIL, SANGRE DE TORO, and many others. His projects have often included members of bands like BUTTHOLE SURFERS, SCRATCH ACID, BIG BOYS, BAD LIVERS, CRUST, LUBRICATED GOAT, MINISTRY & many others.He now resides in Shoreline, WA
