The Deslondes, Sunflecks

The Deslondes’ music is a genre-defying mix of classic country, hobo folk, crust punk, rural blues, Third Ward jazz, rockabilly, and r&b, drawing from a wide array of influences like Fats Domino, Allen Toussaint, George Jones, and the Band. Their sound reflects a freewheeling, anything-goes philosophy born out of their origins as a neighborhood hangout on Deslonde Street.
